Driving test nerves can be a big problem for learner drivers ... getting nervous and stressed out is the reason that many people fail their driving test! At Castle Driving School, every lesson you have with us includes as much driving as possible and will always be with your own, dedicated and fully qualified instructor ensuring that you receive the best value for money at all times.

We can assure you that if you do in fact choose to join our driving instructor school and train to become a great instructor it will not be something in which you will later regret.

This driving school provides state-approved defensive driving and traffic school lessons, as well as a multiple-choice defensive driving exam. Once the defensive driving test is completed, the traffic student receives a certificate of completion enabling them to take the next step toward practical driving lessons.

Once you have completed your Driving Instructor, you will be offered the chance of working alongside our growing team of dedicated professionals through one of our fully supported driving.

If the instructor seems grumpy, cagey, rude or disinterested during a telephone call, then the chances are they'll be the same (or worse) when you're stuck in a car with them on a driving lesson.

If you come across someone who learnt to drive with a large driving school who have lots of instructors, make sure you find out the name of the specific instructor who taught them and make sure that you get that particular instructor!

These driving lessons will cover aspects of driving that you would have covered during your driving lessons as a learner driver. Job security is based on how good your driving record is. In other words, the better you drive, the more desirable you are for operating the yellow cab in NYC.

If you are a new driver then your first driving lesson will consist of the "controls", "moving off and stopping" the car. If you already have experience your driving instructor will assess your skill level and explain the next steps. We also offer intensive driving courses so if you have limited time and need to pass your driving test quickly why not book in for one of our fast track courses.
